Hi kingkong263 and Merry Christmas! Preflop looks perfect. Firing a c-bet on the flop looks great too. However, I would recommend folding to the reraise for several reasons. Firstly, the villain has been playing fairly tight and very passive. Just looking at his stats, he doesn't seem like the type to be reraising without a made hand. AK is a great starting hand, but we need to reassess each street. You missed the flop here. Secondly, his reraise was larger than standard. You bet 8 and he made it 30. This is getting pretty expensive when we don't have better than high card. Continueing with the hand is going to be -ev. Recognizing and getting away from these spots is very important. Finally, an perhaps most importantly, the villain has position on us. Winning hands, especially bluffs from bad position is difficult. Reraising as you did can be great against known loose aggressive players, but this was not the spot. Aggression is good, but sometimes we just have to let a hand go. I hope this helps! GL and have fun at the tables! Roland GTX
