  • 2NL 9-max: QQ BB

The raiser is playing 3/3 and the villain that 3-bets is playing 44/22/8 Should I've 4-bet ? Thanks umbup:

3/3 is pretty much QQ+ and AK.
I would flat in this spot, if the original raiser shoves then I'd be folding and pretty sure I was beat.
If not I'm quite happy to play the QQ if there are no A or K on board, and I'm very happy to be playing QQ against the loose raiser.
I think there is more value in flat calling here, either to lose less when the original raiser shoves, or to try get a little more out of him with his AK hands.

3% is exactly JJ+/AK. Folding here is too tight against a loose-aggressive 3-bettor, but I tend to agree with flatting, and folding to a large 4b from the nit as I suspect the nit only does this with KK+. If we put in a big cold 4b, we're committing for stacks and probably only getting action when beat, and may be beat a bit more often than normal.

Also, be careful regard using stats on insignificant sample sizes. Both villain stat lines indicate a possible small sample size, and if so that needs to be taken into account. 3/3 over 500 hands is a super nit. 3/3 over 30 hands could just be someone who has been card dead for a few orbits.
