  • 2NL FR 86s semi-bluff

Villain_3 is 22/10. Villain_4 is new to the table. My image is pretty solid TAG. I called the pre-flop raise because it's a min-raise and there is already another caller. I feel their stack size justify a 4c call. Is there any general rule for suited connector calling raises? On the turn, a high card Q hits and gives me a flush draw, I think it's a good time to do a semi-bluff. I range Villain_4 has a Q or a flush from his actions.

    Hi Bicheng,

I think limping in position here is fine after 2 fish limp in (player 3 has fishy stats and player 4 is new but sat with a weirdly sized non-full stack, and failed to raise to isolate a single limper, so probably fishy).

Semi-bluffing the turn when they check to you again is fine, I think when no one bets there's a reasonable chance they don't have a Q and will just fold now. The river stinks because his probable calling range on the turn is weak queens and flush draws, so unless he's bluffing busted hearts, he rates to have you beat on this river.
