In hypers, we need to know shove/call ranges for any position, any stack size. When we get a hand in the call range for their stack size and position, we need to be willing to make the play, no matter what the hand is.

Is this a correct shove with my opponent having less than ten big blinds ?

          Thanks

Was I too aggressive in this hand , should I just flat and set mine ?

            Thanks

You can shove 10bb with J8o+ and J3s+ so yeah,it's an easy shove.

This video has Nick playing against a player that is going allin everyhand. Hope it helps
Poker includes many different game types and formats that have varying degrees of variance. Spins are a no limit game, they are a single table tournament with winner take all structure and they have the additional feature of a variable prizepool. This variable prize pool, where you can win anything from 2x your buy-in to 10,000x your buy-in pushes the variance way up to make it even comparable to that of multi-table tournaments.
