Why are you folding top pair, top kicker with the nut straight draw? I am calling that hand all day everyday

that's tough to fold. If they were playing tight, then you could easily put them on AQ, AJ, K 10 or the flush draw.
Since you said they were playing loose.... I don't think I could lay that one down, with top pair/kicker, str8 draw and backdoor nut-flush draw.

I don't like the fold at all, you've got 16 bb's to start the hand, raising 3 of them and folding top/top + gs is yuck.

IF YOUR NOT GOING TO CALL TOP PAIR, TOP KICKER THEN YOU NEED TO FOLD PREFLOP

There was a shove and a call in front of the hero, who holds only a one-pair hand. On deeper stacks (maybe 30+) I'm actually snap-folding this. Given the stack sizes, I think it's probably a thin call. That's without the assumption that the villains don't have a clue, though.

virtually anything, except big pairs.. you with that hand are so far ahead of their range, and you hit the flop HARD.... I say except big pairs because they are so rare and they are shoving everything, making the chances they have them slim to none

Yes, but we're not on deeper stacks. We're on a 16 bb stack to start the hand, vs. villains described as "loose with no clue". This is not a thin call imo.

LOL, I just noticed what the villains actually held. Clearly "loose and no clue" was a good read. umbup:
