Looks fine to me though I might just ship it preflop. Also, your flop bet is pretty small. It's basically the same size as your preflop bet. You can get value from so many weaker hands. I'd raise it to 1000 and get it all in here if he shoves.

Preflop too aggressive (I would stick to a standard pfr + 1 bb for the limper -- otherwise you're exploitable, and you won't usually get many callers the first time you raise something out of key with usual). Postflop too weak ... you're basically hoping he has a hand good enough to call but not good enough to outdraw you, and you want to protect yourself from flush and straight draws by manipulating pot odds. Even the turn card was incredibly dangerous; depending on the opponent, I might have folded there and then. Few players would shove the turn without the Jack. Better to ship it preflop and catch weird curiosity calls, or on the flop and catch idiots with medium/top pair (or bottom pair, apparently..)

Fortunately here your stack is small in comparison to your opponents; a flop shove might look like a stop and go bluff, and he might call. But if you're not escalating on every street, either you don't understand bet sizing in relation to the pot, or you're showing weakness, or your hoping to trap. Shouldn't be doing any of those here.
