I absolutely like the shove on the river. The only hand that beats you is A and another spade in their hand.

The only thing I'd have done differently was to not bluff the turn, becuase you had nothing for a made hand. Yes, you had a draw only.. that you got lucky and hit... but you're most likely behind in the hand to some sort of Ace or pair. I'd check and try to see the river for free.

On the turn you have two overs and a flush draw. This could be 15 outs! Now, based on the flop, you could be against all sorts of straights, sets, two pairs, pairs, draws, and air. You can either check behind hoping for a nice river and not know where you stand or you can semibluff with your monster draw, building the pot up and finding out if he has anything to pay you off on the river. Since he calls you should be able to get your stack in on a favorable river (though it's quite likely you do need a flush to win). When he leads the river, you have to shove. If he has Ax spades, that's poker, he can call you with a lot less (Q-high or smaller flushes, a slow-played JT or set, maybe even just two pair).

I'm not too much of a fan of committing 1/6 of my stack OOP with 7 people left to act to be honest. So I don't like the preflop play here.

I'm also not a huge fan of the shove. Only because you have the K and the Q, and what Jack's make a lot of sense here? JT of spades? Aside from that hand you don't get a call, so this isn't really a fantastic value shove here.

I think I fold pre, the flop/turn are ok and I call the river. If he was getting value from a straight or set here, he's probably folding to your shove.

15 BB stack to start the hand, I'm folding or shipping pre tbh. In EP leaning towards a fold but table dynamic will play a part too.
