        What's shakin, ant..

Dood, hit me up and let me know which table you're at when you sit down if you've got money to burn like this.. I'd be happy to take it off of your hands..

Well, I'm not sure what's to analyze on the first one here.. It's clear that a check-raise on a straight-wet board should be cause for concern.. I'd have to say that I like the call here as folding leaves you open to future attack for being too passive.. However, the bet on the turn obviously warrants a fold.. For future reference, unless you have no aversion to parting w/ your cash, shipping the two pair is an error.. If anything just raise to see where you're at in this hand, but that may be a better option on the flop, IMO..Your eagerness to shove T2P in a situation such as this should be brought to an immediate halt.. It is an obvious chip leak; case and point.. Bets can be used just as easily to extract some information as the can for value or to produce a fold.. When poeple say that there's two reasons for betting, the latter two mentioned previous, I disagree.. What about betting for information..? Isn't one of the goals in a Poker hand to gain information..? I dunno..

As far as the second hand goes; Dood, why are you shipping your Cowboys that can be so vulnerarble to A-K or A-A..? If you're short stacked, particulairily in an MTT, then I'd say go for it.. But I don't think you should ever be short stacked in a ring game as you lose a huge opportunity for value when you run into that golden situation.. Had you not shoved pre you have a shot at taking the pot down on the flop, or better yet the turn after you've extracted some more value out of hands like a flush-draw/[5]-[3]/ or any pocket pair up to [Q]-[Q] that doesn't produce a set.. However, in this case [A]-[K] isn't going anywhere at this point, but you don't know that because you can't see their holdings.. If you've got K's and you see an [A] you have to decide whether or not to proceed.. But at least this way you leave yourself some chips.. If you're concerned w/ the [A] hitting on any street and you want to see where you're at, just try a raise/re-raise.. If you're out muscled then fold.. Tis NOT better to give than to recieve in Poker..

No need to comment on the third.. My theories still apply.. and no offense, but

I say this in hopes that you take some time and use those seconds on the clock in order to make more sound decisions..Take a momet and determine what it is that you hope to accomplish w/ your bets and size them accordingly.. In these three hands alone I've seen you piss away $15.78.. Sometimes you just get unlucky or don't end up w/ the best hand on any given street and lose money, but keep it to a minimum, brutha.. Ease off of the gas pedal a little bit and avoid those hazard zones w/ out going full speed ahead..

        Best of Luck,

hey clubbed bad day for me yesterday the variance sucked me dry the 1st and 3rd hands were vs luck box trash hand morons who caught a nut as for the 2nd i figure if i get my chips in im only behind to AA and weaker pairs like JJ?QQ will still call as for AK calling surely thats an easy lay down to a raise and an all in in front

            What's happenin, ant...

I'm glad you didn't take any of what I said as though I was hacking on your game.. Good deal, brutha..

Anyhow, I hear what you're saying.. Only thing is, you may need to switch your strategy from playing MTT style and adjust it for cash ring games.. If it were something like a PSO tourney, then you're getting your money in good, and people are less likely to play trash hands pre to a 3x raise; most of the time in latter stages.. But with the ability to re-load in ring so easily (and boy do they in micros, yum-yum), you're more likely to run into low 'suit-ies' in hopes of someone connecting on a disguised monster, as was the case in your first example..

Thanks for seeing that I'm not trying to be negatively critical of you and rather offering advice in a positive manner to help your game.. I hope this helps, brutha..!

            Best of Luck,

            skil wot..!
