Ok, on the PS site i found the following.
You hold Jc-10s. Flop: Kh-5h-9d. How many outs you have?
My reasoning: Of course the Q gives you a straight, but the Qh is discounted (flush draw opponent). This leaves 3 outs for the Qc-Qd-Qs.
I would say that J and T also gives you outs, 2 each (heart discounted). Total 2 outs for J, 2 outs for T, 3 outs for Q,making a total of 7 outs.
Now the correct answer is 6 outs. Where is the flaw in my calculation?

Are the J and T actually considered as outs when there is an overcard on the flop? I didn't think it was.
