    Hi Guys,
I am by no means a pro at poker, however i am decent enough to 80% of the time finish in the top 2000 in a 10,000 player tourney..

I keep failing the sng and flhe quizzes dismally! Really, the questions that they ask...i don't think there are right and wrong answers. Most of the questions ask about what you would do in a situation, basically if you would chase a flush or strait draw in a certain position,etc...

How do i pass this test? Is there a right and wrong way to play poker (according to the quiz, especially the sng..there is!)

I mean..if there was a correct way of playing in certain situations, we would all be rich poker pros yes?

Has anyone else had trouble with the sng or flhe quiz? How many times did it take you to pass?

Thanks guys, any feedback would be much appreciated.

*** moved to better fitting forum since not about the leagues JWK24*** Hi l0nghardroad! Welcome to the forum. There is a reason for this type of question. Sometimes the pot odds make it a postitve to go for a flush/straight, etc. Sometimes it costs too high of a % of the pot, so in those cases a player will want to fold. The key is to have the hand's equity be higher than the pot equity. If that's the case, then the play will be a postive EV (expected value) play in the long run. To learn more about this, I'd recommend going to the videos from Dave (TheLangolier) and watching videos 25, 26, then 3, 23, 39. Making the best decisions possible is one of the keys to being a winning long-term player. Good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)
