  • A on Board all the time

why is a Single Ace always on the board more then any other high card' why is it when i have ace anything it hardly ever hits but everbody else's ace hits all the time example all in QQ vs Ace 3 ace hit's only no K no Q no J

When you hold any 2 unpaired cards you will flop one pair or better 36.7% of the time (1.7:1 against).

When holding an unpaired Ace you will flop a pair of Aces only 18.4% of the time (4.4:1 against).

So everybody misses pairing an ace a lot more than they hit. But human memory being the way it is, we tend to remember those times our opponent hits more than the times they miss.
