Hi doNtFold.COM! With 66 on the button, I get 3 limpers in front of me. I can either limp behind and try to setmine since the stacks are large enough (15x the bet and what I will do the majority of the time), or, I can make a standard raise to 3BB+1BB for each limper. I then get an abnormally large raise and three calls of it. Here is where my decision in the hand needs to be. I do not have 15x this bet in my stack nor the opp's stacks, so I cannot call as I am not getting the correct odds to setmine. Also, the bet is over 1/3 of my stack which means that I'm pot-committed, which also means that I need to shove or fold. While 66 is a made hand, it does not play well in multi-way pots and due to this, I need to fold. With multiple opps, I can't just look at one of them, I need to look at how my hand will play against all of the possible players in the pot. The key here is that I cannot call preflop, as I do not have the odds to do so and since it's a multi-way pot, I need to fold and wait for a better situation. Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)

You've done all 3 tasks and you'll get your first bonus in the next 24 hours, good job!

                      Step Two

Use your first buy-in to only play the 1/2 cent real money FULL RING tables on PokerStars. Do not play any other type of game other than this. Post one hand that you had difficulty with here in this thread using the hand replayer and we will analyze it for you.

Please watch the following video and answer the question below.

List 3 reasons why a player may want to make a big bet?

Then study the Cash Game course and once your happy have a go at attempting the quiz. Don't rush through the course, there's a lot of content there and the quiz is tricky so spend some time on this.

So you have 3 things to do to earn your next bonus.

                      1) Play the 1/2 cent Real Money tables and post an interesting hand here in the Forum using the Hand Replayer.
                      2) Watch the Bet Sizing video and answer the question below it.
                      3) Study and pass the Cash Game quiz.

Let us know as soon as you have all 3 tasks complete and we will award you with your next buy-in.

                      Best of Luck!

bankroll builder step 2 I've already watched the video and passed the quiz. The answer of the question is: -To put a lot of pressure on opponents; -To bluff people off decent hands; -To gain value from very strong hands; These are the three reasons to bet big. and this is my hands played :

Hi, Hand Analysis Sitting on a 75bb stack depth, i'd fold this hand pre-flop from this position, there are several villains left to act behind us which increases the chances of a better range of Qx being dealt AQ KQ QJ all have us out kicked. Also, a good rule of thumb when deciding to enter the pot, we should enter for a raise of the standard amount of 3x the big blind +1bb for each limper, this is to help ensure a pot is built, value is made and it'll thin the amount of players involved in the pot. Limping in pre-flop is only going to invite ,ultiple villains and specualtive hands into the pot which will make our post lfop decisions much more difficult. Post flop, We have a straight draw and we are deep enough to call, plus we also have one over card. If our draw doesn't complete on the turn or our hand doesn't improve to atleast a pair, I'd fold. We happen to spike our straight, we can elect to get it all in on the turn or jsut smooth call and allow the villains to barrel into us. Nice hand and nice pot! Hand Analysis Everything leading up to the turn is alright, even though the stack to pot ratio is set up properly to get it in on the turn, I would have bet about half of the villains stack to induce a check raise all in, two card flush combos are going to consist of a small portion of jsut about every players range, I'd be ranging this villains with 77 99 TT JJ QQ AK AQ all of which might want to play for stacks. Going all in on the turn might fold our hands like AK AQ or other inferior high card holdings. Hope this helps. Kind regards, CannonLee
