I watched the videos(1), I passed the basic quiz , and now I have this hand, where the players were limping all day, and going all with all the garbage hand. So I dicided to play my hand strong , also I was on the BT, which i knew youd give me an advantage post flop, but it was not the case here.

Hi, Hand Analysis Did you have any specific reads on villain8? I like that you did an isolation raise for the standard amountof 3x the big blind +1bb for each limper, this will help to ensure that a pot is build and value is made. Also, to make matters that much sweeter, we are on the button, meaning we will have a positional advantage post flop if the villains elected to call instead of reopen the action. Villain8 could possibly have a decent hand in this spot when they 3bet, but we do have blockers to pocket aces and kings...Holding the third best starting hand, I also would have reraised all in to try and close the action, we could win the pot uncontested pre-flop or force worse Ax combos such as AQ AJ AT that we have crushed or pocket pairs to flip with us. Nice pot and nice hand! Hope this helps. Kind regards, CannonLee

Thanks for the imput! Now, the Villain8 was playing a kinnda tight and aggresive game, I think he had in this hand some sort of pocket pair.. 99,TT, maybe JJ

Now what is the next step for the bonus promotion?

                  Brilliant!

You've done all 3 tasks and you'll get your first bonus in the next 24 hours, good job!

                  Step Two

Use your first buy-in to only play the 1/2 cent real money FULL RING tables on PokerStars. Do not play any other type of game other than this. Post one hand that you had difficulty with here in this thread using the hand replayer and we will analyze it for you.

Please watch the following video and answer the question below.

List 3 reasons why a player may want to make a big bet?

Then study the Cash Game course and once your happy have a go at attempting the quiz. Don't rush through the course, there's a lot of content there and the quiz is tricky so spend some time on this.

So you have 3 things to do to earn your next bonus.

                  1) Play the 1/2 cent Real Money tables and post an interesting hand here in the Forum using the Hand Replayer.
                  2) Watch the Bet Sizing video and answer the question below it.
                  3) Study and pass the Cash Game quiz.

Let us know as soon as you have all 3 tasks complete and we will award you with your next buy-in.

                  Best of Luck!

I've watched the video and the answear to the question are: - For Bluff opponents off decent hands - To put pressure on players - To Gain value from stong hands Also I had passed the cash game course with 78% success rate. And the hand first well villain whom i tried to isolate was an calling station, passive preflop , and i've seend him acting with aggresion post flop even with not so good hands. In the second hand i dicided to call because i had big implied odds, and vor set mining in a multi way pot. And i floped the absolute nutzz. I checked to get some acction, and one player bets and another one re raises, I this spot i just called cause i wanted to induce some calling from the former raiser . First hand Second hand:

Hi, Hand Analysis This is a perfect hand to try and isolate villain9 with given the reads you have provided of their tendencies. We are going to be ahead of most of their entire loose range. Post flop, when the villain leads into us, their range is going to be much weaker than if they elected to check raise.. This flop texture presents many possible draws..raising to get value from two card flush combos, QJ JT, Kx and inferior Ax would have alot of merit..there is such a wide range to get value from in this spot..plus there are many turn cards that could hurt our course of action and quite likely the villain to (especially if they were sitting with a deeper stack depth) so we mind aswell get what value we can now and hopefully get them to spazz out playing for their stack on the flop. Nice hand and nice pot! Hand Analysis We are going to need close to 20 to 1 pot odds to make flat calling to set mine with a low pocket pair a profitable call in the lon run. That's just a basic guideline...but certain situations may arise were our stack depth is exceeding 75bb and the villains aswell to were a call would have merit, as if we did flop a set it would be so disguised on just about very board texture..pure gold value! So.....we flat called to hit a set...wait...WE FLOP QUADS! Very nice hand! Now that we have the currents absolute nuts (as a straight flush draw is present) the best line we can take is check call on the flop and turn to allow the villains ahead of us to get caught up in some raising action to play for stacks and we gracefully just SNAP click the call button. Well played! Hope this helps. Kind regards, CannonLee
