Bankroll builder feedback I don't think I had to fold on pre-flop with such a good hand. But I had to fold after flop. I won because I was really lucky with a kicker. Or it was okay? No one raised, only called. So, they had weak hands?

Hi Hawkserj! can be a playable starting hand. However, I recommend folding in this spot. QT isn't that strong of a starting hand, but it has the potential to flop a monster. Speculative hands like this don't win often, but rate to win big pots when you make a flush or straight. Here you are short stacked. This limits the amount you can potentially win and reduces your implied odds so much that folding would be best here, especially being out of position. As played, this is not a good flop to bluff. You only have a gutshot draw giving you few outs to improve. Moreover, someone may already have a flush and many may be chasing with a pair and a diamond in their hand. check-folding would be best here. If we are going to bet, you want to bet more, about 70% of the pot. What are you hoping to achieve by min-betting 2 into a pot of 16? It builds the pot without improving our hand. We need to bet enough to give anyone chasing a draw bad odds. Hopefully getting people to fold as well. The same is true on the turn. I'm glad you won this hand, but be very careful about taking lines like this at 2NL. it won't be profitable. More often than not we end up losing a big pot. Aslo, work on your betsizing and keep asking yourself what you want your bet to achieve. At 2NL the answer should usually be for value and to protect my hand Finally, this hand comes from 6-Max. It is harder to learn and stick to the fundamentals at 6-max. That is why this promotion is for playing nine man Full Ring. Please stick to full ring tables only for the remainder of the bankroll builder promotion. Playing for real money on anything else will make you ineligible for futher buyins. GL and have fun at the tables! Roland GTX

                  Brilliant!

You've done all 3 tasks and you'll get your first bonus in the next 24 hours, good job!

                  Step Two

Use your first buy-in to only play the 1/2 cent real money FULL RING tables on PokerStars. Do not play any other type of game other than this. Post one hand that you had difficulty with here in this thread using the hand replayer and we will analyze it for you.

Please watch the following video and answer the question below.

List 3 reasons why a player may want to make a big bet?

Then study the Cash Game course and once your happy have a go at attempting the quiz. Don't rush through the course, there's a lot of content there and the quiz is tricky so spend some time on this.

So you have 3 things to do to earn your next bonus.

                  1) Play the 1/2 cent Real Money tables and post an interesting hand here in the Forum using the Hand Replayer.
                  2) Watch the Bet Sizing video and answer the question below it.
                  3) Study and pass the Cash Game quiz.

Let us know as soon as you have all 3 tasks complete and we will award you with your next buy-in.

                  Best of Luck!

WHy would I want to make a big bet

                      1) The key case: to gain value when I have a very strong hand.
                      2) To protect against strong draws
                      3) To bluff or put a pressure.

                          Hi HawkSerj,

I will be your Hand Analyzer for this post
I think we can go for 0.10$ preflop. 3x + 1bb for every limper.
As played, I would go for a x/f vs two opponents but might take one stab with a 2/3 pot bet against only one opponent. Whenever there is a J and a 9 or a J and a 8, the board starts to get drawy so people might be more inclined to float or raise your cbets and our hand does not retain equity on later streets so it's best to get away from the hand early and not invest money into the pot.
