            Hi soysauce1990,

I will be your Hand Analyzer for this post
With 10bbs we should be looking for spots to shove preflop; I suggest you play with 100bbs to be able to make post flop decisions.

OTF, we have 4 outs to make the straight and 3 outs to make TP or 28% to improve by the river but we also have fold equity against hands that have missed this flop so I don't mind putting the rest in on the flop. I strongly advice you to play with 100bbs because that way you can learn to make better decision post flop.

            GL at the tables!

                  Brilliant!

You've done all 3 tasks and you'll get your first bonus in the next 24 hours, good job!

                  Step Two

Use your first buy-in to only play the 1/2 cent real money FULL RING tables on PokerStars. Do not play any other type of game other than this. Post one hand that you had difficulty with here in this thread using the hand replayer and we will analyze it for you.

Please watch the following video and answer the question below.

List 3 reasons why a player may want to make a big bet?

Then study the Cash Game course and once your happy have a go at attempting the quiz. Don't rush through the course, there's a lot of content there and the quiz is tricky so spend some time on this.

So you have 3 things to do to earn your next bonus.

                  1) Play the 1/2 cent Real Money tables and post an interesting hand here in the Forum using the Hand Replayer.
                  2) Watch the Bet Sizing video and answer the question below it.
                  3) Study and pass the Cash Game quiz.

Let us know as soon as you have all 3 tasks complete and we will award you with your next buy-in.

                  Best of Luck!

Hi soysauce Although we are getting good odds to call, J9o is a trouble hand and difficult to play OOP. As a beginner, I advice you to limit yourself playing OOP even though the price to call is tempting until you become more comfortable to play post flop. If our hand was suited, I think our playability increases because we get more options to take post flop when we are suited and connected. As played, I don't hate the call preflop but we have to take pot control lines to keep the pot as small as possible. With that said, I would not have raised the flop because it would increase the size of the pot which contradicts my plan. I would check/call once and maybe fold to a turn bet on cards that improve our opponents perceived range.
