Thank you for posting this hand for review and I have asked one of the Hand Analysers to take a look at it for you.

He will do this within the next 24 hours and once it's been analysed I will advise on the next step.

                            Cheers.

Hi rendblue2014! With ATo on the button, I get two limps in front of me. I'm going to make a standard raise to 3BB+1BB for each limper. With 2 limpers, I will raise to 5BB or 10 chips. I flop top two pair on a very wet board (many straight draws and a flush draw). I get an abnormally small min bet, then an abnormally small min-raise and two calls of it. Bets postflop need to be sized based on the size of the pot, number of opps in the hand and the board texture. With 4 opps in the hand, a standard bet sizing is a pot-sized bet, so I will make a pot-sized raise to 28. I do not want to bet less than this or I could be giving the opps the correct odds to try to outdraw me, something that I want to avoid if at all possible. If I know I'm ahead and the opps are drawing, I want them to have to make a play where they expect to lose chips on average, to do so. The turn brings a second flush draw and with 2 opps, I have another abnormally small bet in front of me. A standard bet sizing for 2 opps is 2/3 pot, so I will raise by 2/3 pot to 143. However, this bet is more than 1/3 of my remaining chips, which means that I'm pot committed and cannot ever fold. Due to this, I'm shoving the turn. If I bet less than the 143, then once again, the opps could be getting the right odds to call me and I want to avoid this. The keys here are to make standard bet sizes, as this helps to conceal the strength of my hand. Players that bet more with better hands and less with marginal ones are basically turning their cards face-up to an observant opponent, something that I need to avoid doing. Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)
