      Hello,

You are eligible for the Bankroll Builder promotion, good job!

NB: Bookmark this page so that you'll find it easily in the future

      First Step

Watch the following video and pay special attention to the tips on retrieving and saving your hand history from PokerStars. This will be important for the rest of your promotional journey.

After wacthing this please play some PLAY MONEY FULL-RING (9-Handed) tables at PokerStars and using the Hand Replayer post a hand here in this thread that you have questions about.

Here is a video on how to use the hand replayer.

Then when you have that done please have a go at the Poker Basic Course and pass the quiz at the end of the course.

So you have 3 steps to do to begin with and when you have all 3 done we will award you with your first bonus.

      1) Watch the 'Getting Started' video
      2) Post a 'PLAY MONEY' hand here in the Forum using the Hand Replayer
      3) Pass the Poker Basic course.

Let us know as soon as you have all 3 steps completed.

      Best of Luck!

Hi, Hand Analysis This is a really good hand to have in late position on about a 80bb stack depth. Our overall course of action will be determined based on the villains tendencies in previously played hands. Did you have any reads on the villains that limped in ahead of us? A limping range is perceived as a weak range and with a strong hand like this I certainly would be trying to isolate a weaker range of hands and/or one of the villains with a 3x the big blind + 1bb for each limper raise for pure value. Our hand has a lot of playability post flop and the stack is deep enough to maneuver. Post flop looking at the villains stack sizes your raise sizing is just a tad bit to small but it does have merit, as the villains are just about pot committed. Very nice hand and nice pot! Brilliant! You've done all 3 tasks and you'll get your first bonus in the next 24 hours, good job! Step Two Use your first buy-in to only play the 1/2 cent real money FULL RING tables on PokerStars. Do not play any other type of game other than this. Post one hand that you had difficulty with here in this thread using the hand replayer and we will analyze it for you. Please watch the following video and answer the question below. List 3 reasons why a player may want to make a big bet? Then study the Cash Game course and once your happy have a go at attempting the quiz. Don't rush through the course, there's a lot of content there and the quiz is tricky so spend some time on this. So you have 3 things to do to earn your next bonus. 1) Play the 1/2 cent Real Money tables and post an interesting hand here in the Forum using the Hand Replayer. 2) Watch the Bet Sizing video and answer the question below it. 3) Study and pass the Cash Game quiz. Let us know as soon as you have all 3 tasks complete and we will award you with your next buy-in. Best of Luck! Kind regards, CannonLee

In answer to the question " 3 reasons why a player would want to make a big bet?" 1 to bluff an opponent off their hand 2 to put pressure on your opponents 3 to gain value and protect against strong draws I thought this hand was interesting because it was JJ as in the video example...I was stumped at first and not sure if i should call or raise the big raise preflop. I did not expect to win this hand with a flush...love poker..Look forward to hearing from you about what to do next

Hi, Hand Analysis Sitting on 115bb stack depth and the fact we will at a positional disadvantage post flop if we flat call, I'd prefer to re-raise and get the initiative in this hand also for pure value..only under certain dynamics would I take this course of action (example Villain9 is playing many hands with a wreck less approach and Villain5 is playing loose passive, this ultimately means they are playing a weak range of hands) what where your reads on these villains? One might argue that reraising such a huge sizing from UTG+1 is just isolating us against a stronger range of hands .. but it comes down to the overall tendencies on that villain (reads) and is not always the case. If we flat call the raise we invite the BB into the hand which will reduce our hand strength/equity in the hand. If we re-raise to a sizing of 45c to 50c for value it will most likely squeeze out villain5 and put villain9 to the decision to play for stacks also they will be isolating them self.umbup: Post flop, I'd prefer betting 2/3 to 3/4 pot size for value, betting anything less than this prices in a wide range of flush + over cards. Hope this helps. Please let me know when you have passed the cash game quiz and we will award you with your 2nd bonus! Kind regards, CannonLee
