Brilliant, now that you have watched the video you now know how to save hand histories from both real and play money games Next Step Next up play some 9-handed full-ring play money tables. Make sure the tables have no empty seats. Find a hand that caused you difficulty or cost you chips and using the hand replayer post it here in the Forum. Here is a video on how to use the hand replayer.
Once you've posted your hand we will analyse it for you and then continue on from there. Raiser umbup:

Thanks Raiser. Embarrassingly I wasn't exactly sure what a 9-handed full-ring play money table was. If the following isn't correct please let me know.

Hi Decadent Ham! With K7 from early position, I'm going to muck this preflop. It's not a strong enough hand to be playing from even late positon, let alone early position. When playing from early positon, I only want to be playing stronger hands, as after the flop, I will have a severe positional disadvantage that can cost me a large number of chips. Due to this, I only want to be playing premium hands when out of position. Also, any hand that I'm playing from early position, I want to be raising with preflop (3BB+1BB for each limper). I need to do this to lessen the number of opponents in the hand. Any hand that is not worth raising with, I need to muck. If I was in the hand, I flop two pair with a really bad kicker. Due to not raising preflop, I have absolutely no clue whether someone may have a K with a bigger kicker or a 4. I could easily be behind here, but when it checks to me, due to the very large number of players in the hand, I need to make a pot size bet of 90. My plan for the rest of the hand is... if I'm raised, I'm folding. If I'm called, I'm not putting another chip into the pot unless my hand improves. Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)

umbup:umbup:umbup: You've passed the basics quiz, congrats on that! Your first buy-in will be credited into your account within 24 hours. Use this first buy-in to then play ONLY the 1/2 cent full ring real money tables only on PokerStars. Playing any other game format will disqualify you from being able to obtain further buy-ins through this promotion. Post back here when you get your first buy-in and start playing these games, along with a hand that you had problems, or that cost you money, while playing with this buy-in. For beginners it's not advised to play short handed tables, so if 2/3 seats become empty it's a good idea to stand up also. As you become better at ranging opponents and playing an aggressive game you will feel more comfortable playing short handed tables but for now try to stick to the full ones. Good luck! Raiser umbup:

Thanks for that Raiser so far I have $2 in my account. Do I get the remainder later on?

A few extra questions if I may?

If I deposit my own money do I still get the PokerStars sign-up bonuses? For instance at the moment it's 1,000FPP Bonus.

If I decide to deposit my own money how do you tell what was originally given to me via promotion and myself when I play at the tables? This is regarding what you said at the start of your last post.

Playing any other game format will disqualify you from being able to obtain further buy-ins through this promotion.
                              Thanks for your assistance.
