Thank you and we can see that you have attended the Getting Started session. Did you find it useful? Did you learn something from it that you didn't know before? Next up play some 9-handed full-ring play money tables. Make sure the tables have no empty seats. Find a hand that caused you difficulty or cost you chips and using the hand replayer post it here in the Forum. Here is a video on how to use the hand replayer.
Once you've posted your hand we will analyse it for you and then continue on from there. Raiser umbup:

Hi gil19081981! With A7o from the SB, there are 2 shoves in front of me. This one will be an easy muck for me, as it is not a strong enough hand to call two shoves. It takes a much stronger hand to call a shove, than it does to shove with. One of the biggest problems that many players have is to play too many hands out of position, especially from the SB. The SB is the worst position at the table and I want to be playing the fewest number of hands from it. Yes, I already have 1/2 BB in the pot, but I have to act first on every street after the flop, which is a huge disadvantage. The disadvantage comes from not getting any information from the opponent before I have to act... I'll have no idea whether my hand is the best (bet) or not (check/fold). Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)

                What i'm gonna do next?

i want to ask abt the razz game.
a table with let say 9 full player and theres just 52 cards,
so how that it be dealt with 9 players if all went untill showdown?

Hi gil19081981, For the Razz Question you could post this >>HERE<< you would get a better answer. Now we want to get you playing on the real money tables. Next up, and spend some time on this one , study the Poker Basic Course and take the basic assessment quiz at the end of that course. Once you have passed this quiz your first buy-in will be credited into your account within 24 hours of passing it. Remember you can earn up to a total of $8 with this promotion. Use this first buy-in to then only play the 1/2 cent fullring real money tables only on PokerStars. Post back here when you pass the quiz, get your first buy-in and start playing these games and we'll continue on from there. Raiser umbup:

Hi gil19081981, Thanks for posting this hand for review. I have asked one of the hand analysers to take a look at this for you and offer some feedback. Once he does this we can continue on from there. Raiser umbup:

Hi gil19081981 You got unlucky on the river here, however, the most important part of this hand is preflop. I strongly recommend folding weak hands like Q7s every time in this spot. Firstly, your hand just won't win often enough to make calling profitable. Secondly, there are two active players left still left to act. Either one may reraise which should definately be a fold for you. Thirdly, you are out of position which will make playing all the later streets more difficult. As played, you got a great flop. However, notice that you have a weak kicker. In this spot we want to make our flush rather than top pair. Betting was good, but you bet a bit too much. We want the hands we are beating to stay in the hand. 50% of the pot would have been about right. On the turn since you didnt get your flush, you could bet about 50% of the pot again, or check if you think the villain may have AQ or KQ. These flop and turn bets would have kept the pot smaller and more under control. The villain made mistakes calling the turn and river. In the long run we make money off opponents like this in these spots. He got lucky on the river though catching 1 of his 2 outs. Remember, stick to playing strong starting hands. GL and have fun at the tables! Roland GTX
