Hi shixyy, You are eligible for the Bank Roll Builder promo!umbup: The next thing that you will need to do is to attend one of the 'Getting Started With Pokerstars' live training sessions. Please let me know after you have attended this session. Also, you can be practicing on the play money NL ring tables and please post a hand that you were not sure about, using the hand replayer. Here's a short video on how to use the Hand Replayer

Hi shixyy! You may want to play some of the full ring tables (9 player), as those will be the only ones that you can play with any of the buy-ins from this promotion. With JTs, I'm going to call the 10 here most of the time, however, if I have a very aggressive table, then I could also muck this preflop since I'm out of position. I flop top pair and when the first opp checks to me, I want to make a value bet for my top pair. If I had less opps in the pot, I'd make my standard 1/2 pot value bet, but with four opps, I'll bet between 3/4 and a pot-sized bet (38-50). Hopefully this bet sizing will get one or two of the opps to fold and make the rest of the hand easier for me to play. The turn is a card that should be a blank and with only two opps now and without a flush draw on the board, I'll make my standard 1/2 pot (85) value bet here. If the opps call, then I'll re-evaluate on the river and try to get to a cheap showdown by either checking or making a small blocking bet. The reason for this is that my hand does have showdown value, but by being out of position, I have no idea whether I have the best hand or not. Hope this helps and good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)
