  • AA V KK Odds

Just wanted to know how often AA will loose to KK. And what are the odds.

Reason i am asking is 5 out off 6 times over last 2 days i lost to kkk. Every time i have been out off position and called a re-raise shove.

This is not a rant as i know i will win more often in the long run.

All in preflop AA will beat KK roughly 80% of the time - depending on crossover of suits it will vary miniscule amounts.

So you might as well have 66 v AA (not quite as good as KK v AA) or 9T suited (better than KK v AA) if you are up against AA.

When YOU have AA - don't sweat it - you are ahead of everything - play it fast - but if you are deep and see a flop and the board looks flushy/straighty/setty - or you think your opp is ahead post-flop - based on their range/board texture etc - you may have to give it up.

Good luck - wish I had aces so often!

I will always give up depending on the board. Same as kk when a ace hits the flop i fold.

      Cheers edd
