  • league tourney play for USA players?

i was very excited to play my first league tourney tonight. i had taken several courses this last week and even added the 2100 poker school open tourney. i went to register for the freeroll tourney and to my surprize it wouldn't allow me to play because i live in the US. It would have been nice to know this but nothing in the pokerschool says you cannot participate if in the US. what options do US citizens have for league play, scoring and such? im so completely bummed right now.

Hello $weetAces, Welcome to PokerSchoolOnline. Here's a short video about PSO and what it has to offer you. Also check out >>This Page<< for more info. We're here to help you so please feel free to ask any questions you may have and thank you for being a member of PokerSchoolOnline. The US members cannot play in the leagues due to their being cash prizes for the monthly leaderboards and they also have cash prizes for each tourney. US members cannot currently play in any tourneys that have cash/prizes given out. Trust me on this one, as I'm in Chicago. The games that we can play in are the monthly promo games in the PSO Community homegame club. We're currently in the middle of our Series of Poker promotion, that has games at 3pm and 8pm ET each day until July 6th. These tourneys are very competitive and are some of the toughest play money games on PokerStars. There can be a number of very accomplished players in them, including a few semi-pros. Good luck at the tables.umbup: John (JWK24)
