Going to start on a bit of a risky side and do 1$ 90 player for the most part! maybe some .50 if i get down lower. maybe a couple 1.50 18 man!

          Good luck Wade!
Maybe consider starting at the 0.50$ and then proceed at the 1$ ones.

After a couple long, and may i add very frustrating sessions my br is getting low... i have had a lot of very bad beats, and getting donked out on quite a lot. After a game that i feel was my best played yet, it was final five, and the blinds were getting very high, and the player to my right was shoving every hand. after finally getting a hand that i felt could bust him. heres what happend.. http://www.boomplayer.com/en/poker-h...747_895FCF99C1 Current bankroll = 11.92$ on a side thought, even though my bankroll is looking bad right now, i still feel like im playing my best, and that it will start looking up soon umbup:

i would suggest the 50c 90 man non turbos..........i find them to be the most profitable, obviously the $11 is an issue, but you should be ITM at least 18% , I got my tiny BR to almost $100 from $20 and half of that was from the 90 man MTSnG's.............just my 2 cents.
And playing your A-game will be profitable in the long run, so I think $11 should be enough for a few nice cashes, stats don't lie, good luck.

But, wait, you also won two on the same day.........that's $44, what happened?

ummmmmmmmmm. maybe I should read the whole thread.......will edit if needed.

Those have been what iv been playing most! iv thrown in the occasional 45 player, and the odd 360. But i do agree the 90 player does seem most profitable! thanks for the tips!

That hand is standard for those stacksizes. Bad beats can be very annoying, which is why you have to be quite strict with bankroll management.

Just remember that you can always grind it up again if you lose. There is a lot of money to be gained in the freerolls if you put the work in, so if you keep struggling, take another look at Roslyn's thread. There are many other PSO members that started off with the Hubble and the Weekly Round 2s. There are several more people who were in too much of a rush to make money, and they are all busto now, because they weren't careful with bankroll management. Take your time with learning the game. It's nice to have a goal, but don't put too much pressure on yourself.

                  Good luck!

ok.........6% ITM.............you had $44 two days ago after winning two $1 MTTsng's(well done), my guess is you are playing too many of them.
6% is too low for multitabling $1 MTT's, I'm not judging, just trying to help.
You still got the $11, and there's no rush,, so I guess it's the challenge forcing you gamble cause you are much better than 6%.

with $44 I would've have switched to single table 10 minute level sng's.........see how they go after 10 or so of them (not at the same time), but again.......this is a challenge thread so my thoughts might be out of place... sorry if they are.

Yes, it is quite possible that i have a tendency to look for a big score, instead of a game thats easily beatable and good for my bankroll. i also think after loosing sometime, i get tilty and play bigger games, which is what screwed me a couple days ago.. i am going to be way more strict on myself to only play 50c games intill my bankroll is ready to take bigger hits and not be affected. Thanks for all the tips and advice guys, truly appreciated umbup:

why not take the end date of your challenge and the exact amount you want to win out, and turning 20 into 500 in a few months...........ummmmm..........that's like playing slot machines.........and virtually impossible to do in poker(even the best in the world would go bust), sorry again for sounding harsh. I just had to get these words in while you still have $11, I'll stop now, but please ask if you have any queries.

Hey Guys, got some wicked news after about 10 hours of bubbling, the occasional min cash, and a ton of getting sucked out on... i finally came out with a nice score Dear 3WadeFan, You finished the tournament in 2nd place. A USD 24.30 award has been credited to your Real Money account i decided to switch it up a little and play the 360 [turbo] 50c game. i played very view hands due to being very card dead... i found myself hanging on with about 5bb with 40 players left (top 36 itm) and after the money hit, i made a few nice double ups and triple ups and ended up finished 2nd after getting knock out in a 3 way all in.. I feel good knowing that after getting a lot of terrible beats my efforts finally paid off I play on playing a lot tomorrow at 50c still mixing it up between 45/90/360 and try to find where my best game is! Current Bankroll = 25.92$ mileypoker:
