  • 0.25 - 45plyrs Sit n Go (15$ to 50$)

    Hello !

I decided to make a challenge, 15$ to 50$ , i'm gonna play 0.25 cents 45man tournaments. The reason i open this topic is because it will keep me more motivated when i post my plans , hands and other things.
If i reach 50$ of course there will be other challenge maybe 0.5 cents 45Players....But lets go step by step first the 0,25 cents

I played 4 tournaments i'm up to 17$ now , the sessions will be 4-6 tournaments at once ...

    See ya at the tables

              Hi Manowar1800!

In the AJ hand, while AJs is strong enough to shove with.... it's not strong enough to call a shove with (unless the opp is extremely short stacked).

Is JJ strong enough preflop here to push all in ?

And here this hand, the player was playing very bad ,before i go all in i put him on A 9 or small pair and yes he had the 88 but...

#1 shoving 95% every time in that spot.

#2 There is a bit of play in our stack so I don't like the 4x raise. Saying that, it depends on your image. Flop is a big over raise, you will only get called by better or loose donks that chase. I don't like the play imo. I raise lower when blinds are so high but I mix it up. You were massively ahead and got unlucky but there will be times you are well behind. You have a playable stack, no need to risk it all.

                    Hi Manowar1800!

JJ hand - instant shove for me unless the min-raiser is a HUGE nit (would only min raise QQ+)

QQ hand - I like the idea to try to get the chip in by the end of the hand, but the bets here are 100% tells. I'd make a std raise preflop, which for me is to 500 (2.5BB+1BB for each limper at this blind level). Then on the flop, since I'm up against 1 opp, I make a 1/2 pot bet. 1/2 pot here and on the turn will do three things... 1) make my bet standard, so that I don't have a tell of an overpair 2) protect my hand as I will price out any draw the opp would have 3) enable me to get it in by the river if no K nor A is on the board.
The larger preflop raise is a tell for a big pair... the huge overshove on the flop is once again a tell for an overpair.. if the opp was thinking about your hand at all, anything less than QQ or a set is a muck for them, so you would get no value for your premium hand.

I want to make all of my bets standard, so the opps are continually guessing as to what I'm playing. Abnormal bets like this are tells that basically turn your cards face up to an observant opponent.. something I do not want to do.

Here a interesting hand , before this hand i lost QQ vs K6 with Player 4( he hit the K), i thinked to fold the KK here i knowed that player 3 gonna call , he was playing very aggressive, and really didn't wanna go all in with any hand pre flop , against 2 players but i was angry from the last one , and pushed all in.
Would some one think that Fold here would be a good a idea ???

Lost the profit and im down to 15$ again.
