  • LiquidState's TimeVault Challenge

    Hi everyone,

    So new to Pokerstars, but certainly not new to poker or online poker for that matter. Been playing poker for about 6-7 years now and love it for the fact that it both challenges you mentally and also physically, both live and online, although online is a little bit easier to stay comfortable during those long cash game sessions.

    My goals for 2013 will be to turn my starting bankroll of $150.00, which is not very much as I am used to playing 200NL, into at least $2,000.00. So this is going to be a challenge as I am going to have to grind out the micro-stakes cash tables early in the year to build a deeper bankroll. I work a full-time job and usually only play 2 cash tables at once, making it easier to take solid notes on players and mainly due to the fact that my laptop's screen makes it difficult to 4+ tables. Hand quantity may be down, but certainly not hand quality.

    I wish everyone the best of luck with their personal goals and please check back for updates or read my blogs as I will post updates regularly there as well.

    Happy fishing!

        Progress on Day 1, today, started out really bad as I decided to play a bunch of low stake Sit and Go's and lets just say after losing about $40 I decided to stop playing those. They are certainly not my forte and obviously need to read more into them on PSO and other players blogs.

        Anyways, after a well needed nap to clear my head I decided to hit the cash tables and I managed to turn the day around. Just over 4,200 hands of 10NL full ring, I managed to make a solid profit at a win rate of 21.75 BB/100, small sample of my play but certainly heading in the right direction.

        Here is a direct link to the graph for today's session (didn't want to resize it.):

        BANKROLL UPDATE: $150.00 ----> $208.63

          For graphs I suggest doing what I do in my thread, you use both img and url tag so that you have a preview and clicking it opens the full size image.

          like this (click the image):

          You click the insert image icon, paste the link.
          Then you highlight the whole text and click on the insert link, paste the link.

          Almost forgetting, sick looking graph mate! Nice start!

            Thanks for the advice Power, I'll be sure to go that route with my next post.
