  • 2nl 2000 hand challange restart

    Hi all,

some of you may be aware that a few months ago we had a 6-max v's full ring challenge.

Well i took part and i can't remember the exact result but of my 80 bucks i think i lost 6 of them poot.

So this week i thought i would challage my self at least 2000 hands full ring cash starting with $80.

I will try 5nl if i get to $100 but revert to 2nl if i fall to $80.

So Sunday Played 831 (zoom) games won $1.84
Monday played 1826 hands (zoom) won $4.16

So grand total $6 over 2705 hands

Personally this seem so low its painfull i played nearly 3000 hands and only won 6 bucks !!!!

yet when you break it down (yes i know this is a smallllllll sample) it is 11.53 bb/100.

So i looked up what is considered to be good for bb/100. found a ton of post that all said anything + but finally found one that said

    4 = good
    7+ is crushing game

so now my $6 doesn't seem to be so bad, but would love to here others thoughts on this. right have 30 mins time to fire up a zoom table.

Hi Grade b, I remember the challenge and there is another in the pipe line. How do you work out bb/100? Just done a mini 2NL Zoom session 159 hands and managed to stack someone so $2.67 profit. I would think 3000 would be a reasonable sample size. Good luck in your Zooming. umbup:

      Hi forrestfive
there are 2 method you can use

      method 1

      bb is 2 cents

      so 600 cents / 2705 = 0.2218 cents per hand (i rounded)

      .2218 x 100 = 22.18 cents per 100 hands

      then divide by bb

      22.18 / 2 = 11.09 bb per 100 hands played.

method 2 look at your tracker ( i use Poker tracker 4 )

      Hope that helped
