  • Have you ever seen a hand played this badly

This wa a league game , we were down to roughly the last 160 players . Cant say i am not surprised which hand won this ( please take a look through you entire hand histories to find hands where ther are 3 players all in pre flop - I know this is not quite the same but when meisterdonk flats the 4bet and leave himself little more than 1SB behind it amounts to the same thing - you will find that the worst hand or the hand with the least equity wins far more than should be expected ; if you think I am making this up please check your own HH )

    Anyway here is the hand

      Ah9h 15.49%
      KcKs 66.69%
      AsKd 17.809%

So we expect to lose with our Kings 1 time out of three attempts

      then
      AhAs 68.3%
      9d9h 19.4%
      AcQc 12.2%

So again our aces will only win 1 time in 3 against this two hands.

so unless you have several move of the exact examples for us to look at then I would say this is perfectly normal.

as for the question is this really a skill league, which i seem t recall you have asked before the answer is yes, the more skilled player of this type of game is better able to accumulate points over the whole month.

However if your question really was meant to be "Is this a skill league that is good training for the big $4.40" then the answer is no its a completely different game.
