    Ouch!

    It certainly was a bad river! ouch,....full over full,,,, and just when you think you have the nuts, the river comes and tells you different.

      Well - you often have the current nuts - which is definitely when to get your chips in - but if they are not the absolute nuts then you can never be sure if they are unassailable. KK wins this hand against both KQ/AQ - but you won't often get all those hands turn up together.

      So I don't see much wrong here on either side - very strong hands hit trips - at micros nobody is going away with K/A kicker - then one fills up then the other.

      No getting away and Bill is right, it is not a bad beat - his opp has the better starting hand and is ahead more often than not here.

      So what is the proper term her if not bad beat? Rough Redraw?

        I think this is a COLD DECK, at least that's what I call it when that pesky draw that beats you hits on the river. Just happened to me twice, you just have to shake it off and go on to the next game.
