  • its impossible to win with this sickness

OK, so i was about 30K a few hands before the one i am replaying here and got rivered by a 3, loosing 20K with a preflop all in made by my opponent, me holding KK, and the other one holding 33. So after that, i get dealt K-K again. I thought to myself " this time my KK wont fail me." and it happens this: Writing Down my thoughts throughout the hand : I raise 3 BB smallball raise for pocket kings. then this cute guy goes all in and has one caller, at this time it was an obvious call not just because of pot odds and the strentgh of my hand, but also because they may both have an ace, so a possibility of an ace on the board would be less. When i saw their cards: Great ! i have one guy dominated ( the one with K-Q) and the other guy is dominated by the one that im dominating !.. the outs for them are close to none! The Flop: Okay .. they both paired a Q, so what? my worst fear was that the flop could gave the JQ guy a 4flush thing it did not. The Turn: My brain stopped Working... The river: I think i never really knew what came on the river after the turn...... Okay, so if having 80% preflop in a threeway pot is not a bad beat, then what is a bad beat !!! This really pisses me off, since it seems that you can be the best player in the world ( im not saying i am, in fact in this specific hand i didnt show any talent, it was a straitghforward hand ) but you can always get sucked out on. IDK u guys tell me what you think about this hand.. I have ton of these babies but one thing is when you have KK vs A-rag ,, another thing is this, dominating one, the other dominated by the one you dominated and you still cant win. After all,, is it so different than craps?

    I would be angry too...

And yes I think poker and craps aren't all that different in the end, but in poker if you have a skill 'edge' on your opponents it will result in profits in the long run. It is all about having an 'edge'. I don't play craps, but I'm assuming the only person with an edge in that game is the house.

Is it me or the big stacks get advantage most of the time in similar situations?

I've been singing this song a long time.

3 way all ins are totally rigged at Pokerstar's Non-random shuffle .......In 3 to 4 multiway all ins the worst hand just like the QJ will win at 3 to 4 times as often as they really should...If you played that hand with a random computer the KK would prevail 75% of the time. But on Jokerstars dirty little secret, fake computer, the crap hand QJ will win 3 to 4 times as often as it should.

            Big Stack Theory

There has been a lot of discourse on the tables about this......My guess that Pokerstars gives the Big Stacks the nod ...is in cash Tournies the faster people are eliminated the faster they might enter a new game so they can get more RAKE......its all a program ...has nothing to do with Randomness never forget that .....

                Really

,,,,They want the small stack out so they enter a new tourney ...hence get additional rake.

People who post this kind of stuff never cease to amaze me.
If you truly believed what you wrote, then why do you continue to play? The answer can only be,,,that you don't believe it.
Your attitude does nothing to help the community. To start with, you bring your complaint with no facts. Players here have done their homework, which you obviously haven't. Players have run stats on starting hands with the known percentages and guess what? They hold up. Can you believe it?
