    You may have tried your luck on our forum, and the end result is possibly that a community member is unable to answer your query, or you've been instructed to contact Customer Support.

    We offer 2 main channels for contacting Support. One is by sending us a message from an online form. This is preferred over emailing directly as it helps route your message to the right place resulting in a faster response time. This is done by going to the Help menu in one of our downloaded clients and choosing Contact Support. If you're logged in through your browser, its a similar path once you click on the main Account button. You'll then be given some appropriate options based on the query you have.

    We offer live chat to most real money customers, which is typically found via the same path as the above information highlighted in green. The main reasons someone might NOT see chat are:

    - If your account has an active investigation its possible that you may not be offered chat. The primary reason being that the main reason you'd need to contact Support, is regarding a query that can't be supported in chat.

    - Your account play-in language is set to a language we don't support via chat, which means a language other than English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian.

    - You have no deposit history and/or are in a region where real money play is no longer permitted.

    We recommend that if you do speak English, you're more likely to reach an agent faster by having English as your language. Both for email and chat.

      If you have completed what is required and it's been over 24-48 hours (how long it can take the system to register completing a step), then there may be a problem with your account. Please e-mail and they can look up your account info and see what's wrong. The mods here don't have access to any of that info.
