Hey my name is Trent, im new to this and from Nova scotia Canada.Im gonna tell you how im gonna mentally/physically prepare my self. Im going to start off with lots of healthy snacks. Lots of greens in my meals/lots of h2o/lots of sleep/almonds are always a preference and ill be working out in the mornings to get both kicking in action. Alot of small healthy snacks are great because you only got 5 mins for break so prepare meals prehand.  Any one who wants some action can give me a message/reply. I dont care about stats somewhat but im going to be looking at them.
