Well, it's pretty late, but I just got done completing the Poker Basics course and played a few cash hands on another site and I've got to say that already there is a noticeable improvement in my game. I just need to crack on with the rest of the courses over the weekend.

I've registered for a few of the live training sessions being run here and hopefully my Bankroll Builder promo will get activated soon and I can get on with playing on PokerStars.

I heard great things about Hold'em Manager so headed on over to the website to check it out and, once again, it seems that using a Mac has put me at a disadvantage. Though, after some searching, I discovered Poker Copilot which looks pretty good. I've got the free trial installed but, because I'm currently only playing through a web client (no Mac client?!!!) and I've yet to make a deposit on PokerStars, I haven't been able to use it properly, but it looks great and I'm looking forward to seeing how it all works out.

Doesn't look like I'm going to have too much free time tomorrow what with uni and a trip back home for the weekend, but I'm going to try to work my way through the Cash Game course whilst I'm on the train tomorrow and see if I can't get that down.
