My name is Raymond. I am 63 years old. I retired from the Canadian Armed Forces in 1995 after 30 years. I currently drive school bus in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

I have struggled for many years to bring my game up to a level where I can cash consistently. I have played many, many, many...MTTS and only won 3 or 4. I have cashed quite a few times but they were all just into the money cashes. For the longest time I played mostly sit and gos at Full Tilt Poker. I really liked that site for sit and gos. Now that they are gone I'm finding it really hard to find the sit and gos that I like to play. I have a decent sit and go game but I still need help in that area.

One of the biggest problems with my game is my lack of ability to focus for more than a minute or two at a time. I keep telling myself that today will be the day that I learn to focus for the entire game.

I haven't played a lot lately. I'm having trouble finding the time. I do play the Sunday Storm on PokerStars every week. I have cashed a few times but, again, it's usually just into the money. I have vowed that today the TV will be off, there will be no surfing the internet and no checking email. Hopefully that will help my concentration.

I have quite an extensive poker library of over 100 publications which I have read only once. Most I didn't even get to the end. I recently purchased Annie Duke's Decide to Play Great Poker. I'm only 65 pages into it but I'm finding I really like it. I have always thought Ms Duke knew as much or more about the game than most out there. I also pre-ordered Ed Miller's How to Read Hands...It should arrive October 18th. I really need this one.

Ok, the Storm is underway. I'll let you know how I make out.

Have a good one.
