Ok, I shouldn't take out victory too soon, but still...

Yesterday Iplayed two Opens. In the first, I come around place 1000, in the second about 300th. In the totals, I moved up to about place 270 and have 90 points down to place 500. For 230 people to pass me with two days to go, hardly. Therefor I will take a break from the Opens now and load the batteries for th Premier in about a week.

I've been tinking about October and the results. My feeling is I almost always got allin with the best hand, even in pressed situations with small stacks. Sure, I lost some but that's the game. I had a period halfway were nothing worked, but managed to get though that as well.

Some stats: I got 2173 points in 37 Opens, that is an average of 18 point per tournament which translate to about 1100th place on average.

In the Premier, I will play about the same. Maybe a little looser, since each stakeperiod is a little longer (2 minutes) and give place for a little more finesse. My goal is to remain in th Premier, ie place to 500 of the about 1500 invited. I know that will be a lot tougher, but I'm here to learn playing MTTs and this is a good start. And the startingtimes fits me a lot better. I will be able two play two most days...

Of course, once I start playing real money-MTTs the opponents will be stronger. However, if I play it smart, it will do. I managed well in 25cent/90man Sng which is a good start. But the real MTTs will have to wait another month...

On cashgames, I played quite well. I play more aggresive and almost always loose one buyin (1usd) before winning it back and end with a small profit. I will try to play more careful at first and avoid that early loss. I will also spend some time with Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo. I have a negative profit in those, and want to turn it around.

Now I will prepare some gaols for November. Will get back with them early November before the Premier starts.
