What is Staking?

Staking is the act of one person putting up cash for a poker player to play with in hopes that the player wins. Any profits are split on a predetermined percentage between the backer and the player. A backed player is often known as a "horse". The player will then use the money to play in a tournament or ring game.

I've staked and been staked a lot of times here at PSO. To be honest I'm a losing horse here at PSO and I'm a losing backer also.

Staking is difficult to win money so I suggest don't get into this without proper Bankroll Management. Yes, in staking we also use Bankroll Management just like as we are playing it by ourselves. If your going to stake someone make sure that you have 100 times the amount of money your getting involve with.

I love staking PSO members who don't have the roll to play but willing to learn poker. Why am I doing this? I'm going to lose money because I'm putting my money to whom don't even have an experience playing real money or a losing player.

I'm doing this because at PSO I learned a lot of things and didn't even cost me a cent and a lot of times they are giving me freebies $100+ worth  of T$.

So I want new players/losing players to learn poker the easy way. We are all losing players at the beginning of our poker career but I want my GUY to be a winning player right from the start and don't even need to learn poker the hard way by keep losing and depositing.

I want to guide them the best way to beat the beginner's game which are the 25c 45man sng's and the $1.1 MTT's.

Because I'm thinking If only someone guide me from the beginning of my poker career I don't have to lose all the money that I lost.

Right now I have a horse and hopefully this staking deal will be profitable for both of us.
