Is playing on Play Money Tables a good way to learn poker?.  Once you build up a few hundred thousand chips are you playing with people who play realistically or is it just a waste of time because there is no risk.
My impression is that that players who have built up large stacks of play money may well be reasonably competent but for one reason or another choose or cannot afford to risk significant sums of real money
playing at tables for a few cents seems crazier than play money tables where players have built up their play money bankrolls
do poker teachers have any views on the value of play money tables.  I would be interested to hear peoples' views.
