For the last couple of weeks, I've unfortunately been neglecting to pop onto the PSO website so much lately so I haven't been keeping up with a few things, biggest of all being the VIP club changes that Stars has been making for 2013.

Of most interest to me was obviously the new ChromeStar level thats being created and placed between the existing BronzeStar and SilverStar levels. This is a big deal for me, as I've previously given thought to trying for SilverStar status, but haven't had the skill or bankroll to get the required 750VPP in the one month period, but this new ChromeStar level with it's 100VPP requirement is a much more resonable effort for me. So I've been crunching numbers and have decided to give it a crack in the new year. It will require me to give my roll a bit of a boost, but it should allow me to get ChromeStar and (hopefully, anyway) increase my profits as well. With the SilverStar VPP requirements being droped as well, I might even give that a go at some point as well, but that won't be for a while, if at all.

Also due to my absence I haven't got around to sorting out some blog subscriptions that have been added to the PSO site. Got a couple sorted out already, and will probably be adding to it soon enough.

On the actual poker playing side of things I've been mainly playing the timed games lately, having got bored of playing the cash games. Despite timed games being happy hunting grounds for me, I've decided to figure out how to figure them out better. Like is say, I can cash in enough of them, but its the profits that I want to improve upon. Needless to say, research and homework shall be ensuing on my part.
