It is so easy to become over confident in your mind when the game seems to go your way.

In January, I reported how easy it was for me to switch over to playing mostly 'Cash and Zoom' games instead of the Tournements that I normally have played. Not just playing the games but playing at the .05 -.10 level.

I have began to feel more confindent in playing cash games that I'm also playing Omaha, along with Limited Hold'em cash games.

Now, I not had any huge winnings, but most of my wins have been around the $1 and $2 range with a couple of hands in the $5 - $7.

This month so far has proven to be just a little more difficult in getting the wins.  I have had a few, but they have been little ones.  Still, a win is a win.  I think one of the problems is that those I was playing against last month have gotten to know how I play and have adapted.  If this is the case, then I need keep this in mind and try to change things slightly. I have noticed however, that there are quite a few new names and they are playing in a very aggressive manner.  I have wondered if they are players whom may have come down from the higher levels to pray on those who have not yet advanced enough  ????  Well, it really just shows you, that as soon as you start to think of yourself a being a good poker player, someone comes along and proves that your not as good as you think you are.

So, this month, I'm trying to find a good balance of playing tournements as well as cash games.

Thank you for ready.
