One of things that American government and DoJ in particular have underestimated, is definitely a brain drain (of poker players from America) caused by their actions.

If, say, 10,000 people move to other countries, that will result in loss of estimately 10 billion dollars for America (counting 1 million dollars/person in education, training etc.), and if 100,000 leave - 100 billion dollars.

It is a very conservative estimate, especially keeping in mind David Sklansky's remark that an average IQ of a poker player is 125.
