Had good run today. Played 2 sessions. Each session I played 4 tables. There are some advantages to playing multi-table:

1. It keeps you alert and more focused on the games - you have no time to do things other than play poker (ie, no facebook, no youtube, no emails, etc.)

2. You also have no time to sob and dwell on your bad beats, or else the other tables suffer.

3. Minimizes creativity during play. You don't easily get bored thus you don't play many speculative hands which will only cost you chips.

The important thing you should consider when multi-tabling is, you should not be a particularly bad player, and you have to really find your sweet spot. There is such thing as too many tables.
