Recently I've been having some back pains and shoulder tension from all the time spent behind the desk and the little to no exercise I've had for the past year or so.

I hurt my lower back a year ago from a bad form of deadlift at the gym and had to take a couple of months away from training but ever since then I just got into this lazy routine and never managed to get myself back into a healthy lifestyle! Then I came across this sick truth about the risks of sitting down and I guess an exercise routine should be in order... walking my dog once or twice a day just won't cut it!
