My answer is fold. The villain knows we are pot committed already yet he raised. If the villian knows what he is doing, then it is likely he has a better hand.

On the other hand, his betting siz is wrong. He overbet the pot, which means he might be bluffing, hoping to make us fold. 

Therefore, it depends on the villain's skill. If the villain is unskilled, he is bluffing or semi-bluffing. His betting tells me that he thinks  we are aiming for a flush. He sounds scared. He might have a pair 5 or pair Q... I will like to call in this case. If the villain is skilled, he should not bet a lot unless he has a 2-pair or King pair because we are pot committed already.
