The excitement and adrenaline rush that is the PokerStars EPT poker tour will hit the city of Barcelona from August 21st - September 2nd this year and it's going to be amazing!

Poker's finest players will descend on the Casino Barcelona to battle it out for not only the Main and High Roller events but also the vast amount of side events that take place where serious prize money can be won. This year will be even juicier when there will be not one, not two, but 10 Platinum Passes to be won each valued at $30,000 each! The lucky winners of these 10 passes can look forward to their trip to the PCA in the Bahamas next January. If you don't already know what the Platinum Pass promotion is about by now (and we'll be amazed if you didn't) you can find out more about it over at PokerStars Blog.

It's not all about the poker either as players will soak up the atmosphere of this fantastic city and kick-back and relax at the PokerStars Players party. Watch the short video below that will give you just a taste of what's on offer.

Players will have a chance to win Platinum Passes in EPT Main Event, the EPT National, and the EPT Cup. There's also passes to be won in the PSPC Package Qualifier event as well as crazy pineapple hands in tournament #23 & #28.
