You also grant PokerStars the right to provide to PokerStars School all the personal information about you collected by PokerStars.

We may use your personal information to occasionally send you events and news information and to provide you with customer support services. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter.

PokerStars School may make the following information, in respect of users who registered to the Site ("PokerStars School Members"), available to other users of the Site (whether registered or not) as the PokerStars School Member's public profile: the PokerStars School Member's User ID, the date on which the PokerStars School Member registered to the Site, the time the PokerStars School Member last logged into the Site, the country of the PokerStars School Member's residence, the avatar the PokerStars School Member chose, the PokerStars School Member's personal image, the PokerStars School Member's "message" to the other users, and the PokerStars School Member's tournament results and level on the PokerStars Site.

2. Confidentiality

PokerStars School undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of the information it has collected about individual PokerStars School Members and will not knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside of PokerStars School, other than to thePokerSchoolOnline  Member or as described in this Privacy Policy. PokerStars School has made a substantial investment in its server, database, backup, firewall and encryption technologies, deployed in the form of state-of-the-art security architecture, to protect the information collected by PokerStars School.
 
All PokerStars School employees are required to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy provides that employees are obligated to keep PokerStars School Member information strictly confidential. This obligation continues once an employee has left our Company.

You should also do your part in protecting your information. Your PokerStars School  Member password is confidential and you should not divulge it to anyone or enable others to discover it.

3. Limits of Confidentiality

Legally Required Disclosures: Due to the existing legal, regulatory and security environment, PokerStars School may be required, under certain circumstances, to disclose certain information about PokerStars School Members. Further, we may, and you authorize us to, disclose information about you to third party agents of PokerStars School as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy or other unlawful activity or activity that may expose us to legal liability.

4. Who receives your information?

In addition to legally required disclosures as explained in Section 3 above, we will disclose the information collected about you to PokerStars, and we may also disclose it to our employees, employees of other companies related to or affiliated with PokerStars School and to third party service providers who use your personal information to provide services to us in connection with your being a PokerStars School Member. 5. Your rights in relation to your information

You can write to us at any time to obtain a copy of your information and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Where appropriate, you may have your personal information erased, rectified, amended or completed. In order to contact us regarding your information please e-mail support@pokerschoolonline.com. We may levy a small charge to cover the cost of administration regarding any request made by you in this regard.

6. Cookies

We may send you a temporary cookie when you visit the Site.
